About Me

Keith McNair was brought to New Zealand by North Shore United Football Club in the 1970’s and has resided on the North Shore ever since.
Attended Maghull Grammar School near Liverpool in England and achieved a competent level of education equivalent to New Zealand university entrance level and excelled at all of the sports including Rugby, Cricket, Athletics and Tennis, but especially Football.
On arrival in New Zealand Keith joined a textile importing company which sold and distributed a wide range of household and commercial textiles graduating from a trainee to a fully fledged sales representative in his first year and then being promoted to Sales Manager before his 21st birthday.
Continued in this industry for many years running his own importing companies until a new opportunity was offered to him through Century21 Albany (Darrack Realty) previously owned by Ivan Rakich.
After a successful transition into the Real Estate Industry Keith became part of the vibrant REMAX Realty Albany Franchise run by Nola & Ben Kloppers.
More recently he has teamed up with Stephen Hudson at Home Real Estate Limited based in Albany.
Keith is renowned for his vast knowledge of negotiation and selling skills plus a dedicated belief in offering a consistently high level of service to both Vendors and Buyers.
Keith McNair has a vast knowledge of sales and marketing spanning over 40 years of experience with
a huge data base of contacts in New Zealand and overseas, mainly in Asia and Australia.
